| In
addition to the sports facilities mentioned elsewhere, we have a lounge
bar, TV lounge, recreation/function room with pool table together with a
large kitchen which will cope with social activities for up to a hundred
people. Our bar sells a good range of beers, spirits, wines and soft
drinks at 'club prices' on weekday and Saturday evenings plus Sunday
lunchtimes. Our recently built lounge adjoins the lounge bar
and provides comfortable viewing of indoor and outdoor bowls, the TV - or
just doing nothing really! We have an enthusiastic and efficient social committee which organises a very full range of social activities - both at and away from the club, from bingo to day trips, from BBQ's to club dinners. |
